A little about AMALGAM Roasting.

AMALGAM was a 6-month process of learning and understanding what it would take to create a blend that could be utilized for all brew methods. AMALGAM started as a single origin in its early days before being put through many, many tests, trials, and tastings.

This blend was finally achieved after 6 months and a cupping was done of 6 different coffee origins. First as single origins, each coffee roasted to 3 roast levels, and cupped. The blend went through over 40 variations before landing on this profile, roast, blend, and ratio.

This was a labor of love and started just as something for myself, and quickly grew to something worth sharing.
