Privacy
SMoKE LLC respects the privacy of its customers. We do not share your phone number, text-message opt-in status, email, or address with anyone else. Customer information is used strictly to serve you and for our own promotional correspondence, to keep you informed in the most convenient and secure way possible. To be removed from any of our contact methods, just let us know — or reply STOP to our text messages to opt out automatically.
21+ Only
You must be 21 years of age to enter SMoKE and to purchase any tobacco product. We make every effort to verify age and will ask for valid ID. Sales of tobacco to anyone under the legal age are illegal and strictly prohibited.
In-Store Sales
All of our cigars — including our house blends — are sold in-store only; we no longer sell online. All tobacco purchases are final: due to climate and storage conditions, we cannot accept returns on tobacco. For non-tobacco items, please keep the original packaging and bring it back in new condition, and we’ll be happy to help.
