Byron is another winner made by Nelson Alfonso in Costa Rica. Nelson is responsible for the rebranding of Behike and in an attempt to bring that classic look and flavor to the US he created the Byron. The goal was to create blends that were reminiscent of Cuban brands from the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries. What you are left with when all is said and done is a 98 rated cigar that captures the elegance and decadence of Cuban cigars during the height of their fame and quality. The blends feature smooth flavors and transitions like cedar, brown sugar, bourbon, oak, nuts, and a sweet spice as you finish the blend.
