The blend is a heavy hitter that was made using a filler blend of four leaves of Nicaraguan ligero. Topped of with a Nicaraguan Habano binder and an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. Protocol Blue comes in at the top side of full body, so don’t let the light appearance of the wrapper fool you. The overall profile consists of spiced cedar, cacao, cinnamon, and a nutty finish.
